歷史背景Historical background
黑角頭石刻位於港島東區柴灣，二〇一八年十月在臨海崖壁上被發現，海拔約十一米。石刻刻在天然露頭一處頗平坦的風化石面上，約高一百六十厘米、寬二百六十厘米，紋飾呈幾何及曲線圖案。其圖案與香港出土的青銅器時代器物及其他八處石刻相似，尤以與大浪灣及東龍洲石刻最相近，三者在風格上或可自成一小組，有助研究香港早期沿海族群的活動。石刻於二〇一九年列為法定古蹟；因位處懸崖，基於安全理由不建議前往參觀。
The Rock Carving at Cape Collinson, in the Eastern District of Hong Kong Island, was discovered on a cliff at Cape Collinson in October 2018, about 11 metres above sea level. Carved on a fairly flat, weathered natural outcrop about 160 cm high and 260 cm wide, it shows geometric and curving designs. These resemble motifs found on Bronze Age objects unearthed in Hong Kong and on eight other carvings, most closely those at Big Wave Bay and Tung Lung Chau; the three may form a stylistic sub-group, helping to study early coastal communities. Declared a monument in 2019, it is not recommended for visits for safety reasons.
