西貢東郊野公園內的海灣，沙灘面向南海，背後是山谷與麥理浩徑第一段。沒有車路直達，一般由北潭涌步行進入或搭船前來；屬香港世界地質公園的西貢火山岩園區範圍。現場沒有商店，亦非憲報公布的泳灘，出發前要自備飲水並留意天氣。
A bay inside Sai Kung East Country Park, facing the South China Sea with a valley and Stage 1 of the MacLehose Trail behind it. No road reaches it: most visitors walk in from Pak Tam Chung or arrive by boat. It sits within the Sai Kung Volcanic Rock Region of the Hong Kong Global Geopark. There are no shops and it is not a gazetted beach, so bring water and watch the weather.
