尖沙咀彌敦道與梳士巴利道交界的商場，2009 年開幕，樓高約三十層，低層為零售與餐飲，高層是戲院。現由英皇戲院營運，設多個影廳；位置就在港鐵尖沙咀站上蓋，行去天星碼頭與星光大道都是幾分鐘。晚上散場人流集中在彌敦道一帶。
A tower at the corner of Nathan Road and Salisbury Road in Tsim Sha Tsui, opened in 2009 with around thirty floors: retail and dining below, cinemas above. It is now run by Emperor Cinemas with several houses, sits directly above Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, and is minutes from the Star Ferry and Avenue of Stars. Crowds gather on Nathan Road after evening screenings.
